Why 30% ?

Industry standard for app marketplaces (Apple, Google, GitHub Marketplace, Anthropic). Covers Stripe fees (~3%), bench engine costs (~$2.60/day ongoing), hosting, dev time. Negotiable for volume sellers — email if you ship more than $5k/mo.

Are refunds taken from sellers ?

Yes — refunded transactions unwind fully. Seller doesn't receive revenue, Versuz doesn't keep its fee either. Stripe processing fees may be retained by Stripe in some regions. We cover those if you ask.

Does Boost affect rankings ?

No. Boost is purely discovery placement on the marketplace surface. Bench scores and leaderboard rankings are 100% independent of any payment. We keep that line bright.
