# A1 Entropy Structure Decomposition Control

Use this skill when the first entropy structure campaign has already completed
and the truthful next move is to freeze the lower-loop decomposition barrier
instead of pretending direct structure terms already land in `A1_STRIPPED`.

## Purpose

- confirm the real blocker is lower-loop decomposition / helper bootstrap, not proposal drift
- keep `correlation_diversity_functional` proposal-side under the current semantics
- hand off to the colder alias review around `pairwise_correlation_spread_functional`

## Execute Now

1. Load:
