## 3. 3 Cau Truc Chuan Long-form VN
### 3.1. PAS-Insight (Founder pattern)
**Cong thuc:** Problem → Agitate → Solve **+ Industry Insight**
Khac PAS thuong (skill 05): co them tang **Insight** o cuoi — nang van de tu **ca nhan** len **wisdom industry-level**. Founder dung de chia se kinh nghiem dieu hanh, khong ban truc tiep.
**Khi nao dung:** Bai chia se tu duy chien luoc, lesson tu cong ty, du bao xu huong nganh.
**Vi du day du (200 tu):**
> Toi vua sa thai 1 nhan vien sau 6 thang. Khong phai vi nang luc kem.
>
> Anh ta lam viec tot. Du dlay deadline. Khach hang khen. Nhung anh ta khong bao gio dat cau hoi "tai sao".

### 3.2. Story-Lesson-CTA (Coach pattern)
**Cong thuc:** Personal Story → Lesson Learned → **Soft CTA** (khong hard sell)
Coach dung pattern nay: ke 1 cau chuyen ca nhan → rut ra bai hoc co the ap dung → CTA mem mai ("Ban gap tinh huong tuong tu chua? Comment chia se").
**Khi nao dung:** Bai chia se hanh trinh ca nhan, transformation, methodology cua minh.
**Vi du day du (200 tu):**
> Nam 2022, mot khach hang yeu cau hoan tien sau 1 buoi coaching.

**Khi nao dung:** Bai listicle, "X cach lam Y", "X dau hieu Z" — pattern co reach cao nhat tren LinkedIn 2026.

> KHAC short-form hooks (xem `references/hook-formulas-vn.md` cho ad/video). Long-form hook can build curiosity sau hon, dan dat doc tiep 800-3000 tu.
### Hook 1: Controversial Question
**Cong thuc:** Cau hoi gay tranh cai, dam thach thuc niem tin pho bien.
> "Tai sao 99% Founder VN sai khi tuyen CMO?"
Vi sao work: cau hoi → buoc nao tu duy. "99%" → cu the. "sai" → tao tension. Doc gia muon biet **minh co thuoc 1% kia khong**.
### Hook 2: Contrarian Opinion
**Cong thuc:** Phat bieu lat nguoc xu huong + "Day la ly do."
> "Toi tin LinkedIn dang chet o VN. Day la ly do."
Vi sao work: phan dong y kien thi truong → curiosity. Tu "toi tin" → opinion-led, khong cam tu confidence. "Day la ly do" → promise se giai thich.
### Hook 3: Mini-Confession
**Cong thuc:** Chia se hanh dong/quyet dinh kho noi + bai hoc.
> "Toi da phai sa thai 5 nguoi tuan truoc. Day la bai hoc."
Vi sao work: vulnerable → tao trust. "Sa thai" → high-stakes. "5 nguoi" → cu the. "Tuan truoc" → freshness, khong phai story cu.
### Hook 4: Framework Drop
**Cong thuc:** Ten framework + ket qua + audience size.
> "Toi dung framework 3-7-21 de bao 200 doanh nghiep tang luong."
Vi sao work: framework = systematic = chuyen gia. "3-7-21" → memorable. "200 doanh nghiep" → social proof. Audience muon biet framework do la gi.
### Hook 5: Data Drop
**Cong thuc:** Sau khi [phan tich/audit/lam] X, day la Y dieu phat hien.
> "Sau khi phan tich 500 startup VN, day la 3 dau hieu kill mot business."
Vi sao work: research-led → authority. "500" → khong phai opinion ca nhan. "3 dau hieu" → promise listicle de scan. "Kill business" → high stakes.
### Hook 6: Character-driven Story
**Cong thuc:** Co/anh [character cu the] [hanh dong la] → Result bat ngo.
> "Co em sinh vien nay cu tang khoi nghiep ban tra sua. 18 thang sau, em ay co 3 cua hang."

Long-form khac short-form o cho **nhip cau** — phai co len xuong, khong duoc deu deu.
### Quy tac 1-2-3
Cau ngan + cau dai xen ke theo pattern:
- **Cau 1:** 5-8 tu (impact)
- **Cau 2:** 10-15 tu (giai thich)
- **Cau 3:** 15-25 tu (chi tiet, mo rong)
- Lap lai pattern moi 3-5 cau
### White space rules
- **1 line break giua paragraph** — khong block text 10 dong
- **Paragraph 2-3 cau** — khong viet paragraph 8 cau
- **List/bullet** moi 200-300 tu de break long content
- **Bold** 3-5 cum tu khoa moi 500 tu — khong bold ca cau

Doc len thanh tieng. Neu ban thay tho **tham mong** giua paragraph → cau qua dai. Neu nghe **cuc tan**, choppy → cau qua ngan deu. Tot la cam giac **song len xuong**.
