# Copywriting Skills (文案技巧)
## Overview
Copywriting is writing engaging, authentic, and valuable content that resonates with your Xiaohongshu audience, using conversational tone, emotional connection, and clear structure to drive engagement and action.
## When to Use
**Use when**:
- Writing post body content
- Creating product descriptions
- Developing brand voice
- Writing educational or tutorial content
- Crafting emotional or personal stories
**Do NOT use when**:
- Writing headlines (use title-writing)
- Creating scripts (use script-writing)
## Core Pattern
**Before** (boring copy):

## Implementation
### Step 1: Write Compelling Opening Hook
**Hook types**:
- **Question**: "你还在...吗?"
- **Surprising**: "没想到..."
- **Relatable**: "姐妹们,我也是..."
- **Promise**: "让我告诉你..."
**Examples**:

### Step 2: Use Conversational Tone
**Xiaohongshu voice**:

- Keep sentences short and punchy
